Today isn’t going to be a word production day, unfortunately, because my Sundays are the best day to get the most done. However, that is the price of working two jobs besides trying to write.

Over the past few years, I have tried to relaunch a writing career which I had to put on hold. BUT, I did have a chance, time-wise, to write full time. I just didn’t get it done for various reasons.

It wasn’t a waste of time, though. It was a time to face certain “demons” and “myths” regarding writing. I grew a lot, as a writer and human, by studying Stoicism more deeply than I had before. I also took the reins of my AD/HD, which I had previously always treated with caffeine from coffee. (I still drink coffee.)  

Anyway, today I am finishing my website and brainstorming on my first brand-new story. I won’t share much about that story here. But I will share that it is a military science fiction that will, hopefully, be the start of a new series. Unlike many military science fiction stories, I am not focusing on combat. Instead, it is about the time of tension threatening an uneasy peace. The first story is also going to explore one of the most troubling questions of modern history—if I do this right.
